In his career and his personal life, Erik Chavez is motivated by his dedication to be of service to others.
That’s the reason he moved from Phoenix to Southern California in the first place — to help care for his grandparents. A Torrance, California, local since 2008, Erik was once a recruit for the Torrance Police Department. This same commitment to public service drove him to become a real estate professional.
Erik has a passion for building long-term relationships with his clients, protecting their best interests, analyzing their goals and needs, and devising a winning game plan to help them build wealth and achieve their dreams. Friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable, he strives to provide straightforward, no-nonsense answers for his clients throughout the real estate process, whether first-time buyers, transplant or relocation buyers and sellers, or investors.
In addition to assisting his clients, Erik serves on the Asian Real Estate Association of America L.A. Coastal board of directors, helping to raise money for charities such as Walk With Sally and promote sustainable housing for the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. In his leisure time, Erik enjoys sports, Disneyland, and reading. He also likes taking his three dogs to Rosie’s Dog Beach and for walks along the Strand.
