Andy Weir is the ultimate real estate professional—present, engaged, and invested. Fully committed to building relationships, Andy believes that laying the groundwork by getting to know you and understanding your needs is paramount. Due to his knowledge, professionalism, and good old-fashioned people skills, Andy wasted no time becoming one of the best agents in the South Bay. In 2017, The California Association of Realtors® recognized this by granting him the Rising Star Award. Although appreciative of the acknowledgment, Andy is driven by more than industry accolades. First intrigued by real estate as a personal investor, Andy’s background extends beyond the commercial realm. Having renovated three homes himself, Andy has an excellent eye for possibilities. This insight empowers his clients to see a property’s potential.
 
When it comes down to contract negotiation, Andy brings tact to the table. With a degree in broadcast journalism from USC, he’s always had strong communication skills and a keen sense of intuition—he’s reading the competition to your benefit. During a long career as a sales executive for Warner Bros. Television, Andy was responsible for negotiating multi-million dollar contracts. A smooth closing is a skill he has professionally cultivated.
 
Extending his emphasis on integrity beyond the workplace, Andy believes in personally investing in more than just real estate. Actively involved in his community, he volunteers at his children’s schools and tutors elementary school students in neighboring communities through the Reading Partners program.
